Steak seasoned with vinegar

Em uma vasilha coloque os bifes (estou usando patinho ) , num copo ou vasilha pequena faça a mistura do alho , sal  ,vinagre e os temperos de sua preferência jogue por cima dos bifes e vai misturando pra todos os bifes pegar o tempero gosto de deixar uns minutos marinando nessa mistura . 
O cheiro fica delicioso e o sabor então nem se fala , deixa a carne mais macia . 


Obs: não indico para bife de fígado . 


In a bowl, place the steaks (I'm using duckling), in a glass or small bowl, mix the garlic, salt, vinegar and your favorite seasonings, throw over the steaks and mix for all the steaks to get the seasoning, I like to leave it a few minutes marinating in this mixture.
The smell is delicious and the flavor is not even mentioned, it makes the meat softer.


Note: I do not recommend for liver steak.
