- Beat the steaks with a hammer until they are thin, season with salt and pepper to taste and stuff them with a thin slice of bacon, leek and a slice of carrot.
- Wrap the steak with the stuffing and secure with toothpicks through it to secure the rolled meat. Then sprinkle the steaks to roll with wheat flour.
- In a deep pan, sear the meat until golden, then remove the steaks and sauté the onion.
- Return with the meat and then add the tomato sauce and bay leaves and put it on high heat. Using start to sizzle put the fire on minimum and wait 40 minutes.
- Once the meat is tender, finish with parsley.
