  • Tomato sauce to taste
  1. Cut the onion, carrot and pepper into strips
  2. Season the steak with salt, garlic and black pepper.
  3. Open the steak on a bench and place the onion, carrot and pepper and roll up, insert toothpicks so it doesn't open
  4. Put oil in a frying pan and seal the rolled steaks, remove the rolls and set aside.
  5. Place the tomato sauce in the frying pan that the steaks were sealed and add garlic and a little water, to form a sauce.
  6. Put the steaks back in the pan and cover, wait for 10 minutes and it's ready. If the sauce dries up, drizzle with water.
