  • Large tenderloin steak2 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce3/4 cup
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Ground Cumin to taste
  • Squeezed lemon to taste
  • Finely chopped garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil to taste
  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, lemon, garlic and cumin and set aside.
  2. Place the wheat flour in one dish, the breadcrumbs in another and in another deeper dish, lightly beat the egg.
  3. Coat the steaks in wheat flour, dip in the egg and then coat in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil well and fry the steaks until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  5. Place the steaks in a roasting pan or marinex, cover with the tomato sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 250ÂșC for about 7 minutes or until cheese is browned. Serve immediately.
