- Large tenderloin steak2 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce3/4 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Cumin to taste
- Squeezed lemon to taste
- Finely chopped garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Soybean oil to taste
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, lemon, garlic and cumin and set aside.
- Place the wheat flour in one dish, the breadcrumbs in another and in another deeper dish, lightly beat the egg.
- Coat the steaks in wheat flour, dip in the egg and then coat in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil well and fry the steaks until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Place the steaks in a roasting pan or marinex, cover with the tomato sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250ÂșC for about 7 minutes or until cheese is browned. Serve immediately.
