  • Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • liquid milk50 ml
  • Parmesan to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Ham to taste
  1. Cut in two sins making steak, wash with lemon
  2. Drain, then add garlic, chimichurri and salt. Mix And heat in a nonstick skillet. Let it cook for 3 minutes on each side, each steak.
  3. For the Puree: cook in water and salt. Already peeled for 10 minutes See if it's soft
  4. Mash with the help of a fork And put it in a pan Add the milk and the butter and mix well until it thickens.
  5. Turn off and add parmesan
  6. Assembly: place a layer of the puree, then the steaks, ham and cheese.
  7. Cover the last layer with puree and top with the cheese again.
  8. Take it to the fire to gratin! Allow to cool and serve with spaghetti!
