  • Duckling steak1 kg
  • Tomato5 unit(s)
  • onion2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce250 g
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Panko flour1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese500 g
  1. Cut the onion and tomato into brunoise (small cubes).
  2. Sauté the onion and then add the tomato.
  3. Add half a tomato sauce.
  4. Cut and season the steak.
  5. Dip the steak in the wheat flour.
  6. Dip the steak in the egg.
  7. Coat the steak in the panko flour.
  8. Fry and leave on a paper towel.
  9. Put the steak in a shape, put sauce and cheese.
  10. Boil at 200° for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  11. serve.
