- Oregano to taste
- Season the steaks with garlic and salt.
- Beat the eggs whole and pass the steaks in the eggs then in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry the steaks and drain well, place in a refractory.
- Then sauté the onion in a little oil, add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, parsley and chives, let the sauce settle.
- Place the sauce over the steaks in the refractory and place the mozzarella cheese on top of the steaks.
- Put some oregano on top of the cheese and put it in the oven to melt the cheese.
