  • Salt to taste
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Ketchup1 dessert spoon
  • Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese250 g
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Season the steaks with garlic and salt.
  2. Beat the eggs whole and pass the steaks in the eggs then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the steaks and drain well, place in a refractory.
  4. Then sauté the onion in a little oil, add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, parsley and chives, let the sauce settle.
  5. Place the sauce over the steaks in the refractory and place the mozzarella cheese on top of the steaks.
  6. Put some oregano on top of the cheese and put it in the oven to melt the cheese.
