  • Recipe
  • Duckling in steaks500 g
  • Pepperoni segments2 unit(s)
  • Carrots2 unit(s)
  • Green pepper2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Toothpicks to taste
  • Oil5 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce500 ml
  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and rosemary
  2. Cut the pepperoni, carrot and pepper into strips.
  3. Take one strip of each and place it over the steak.
  4. Wrap the steak around the strips. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the steaks on all sides until sealed.
  6. Once fried, add the tomato sauce (recipe already published).
  7. Cover the pan. After gaining pressure, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes.
