Ingredients

• Pork Chops | 8 unit(s)
• Crushed garlic cloves | 4 unit(s)
• Lemon Juice | 1/2 unit(s)
• Salt |  to taste
• Ground Black Pepper |  to taste
• Paprika | 1 dessert spoon
• Hot water | 1 cup

Recipe

1. Place the pork chops in a container and season with crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
2. Put the pressure cooker on the fire to heat up. When very hot, place the steaks, brown on one side, turn and brown on the other side.
3. Add the paprika and water, mix and cover the pan.
4. When the pressure cooker starts to hiss, lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the pressure, uncover the pan and bring to the high heat again for the sauce to clear. Serve immediately.
