- Chimichurri4 tablespoon
- Black Pepper1 to taste
- Season the meat with (onion cream, black pepper, chimichurri and salt to taste), cut it into strips and the pepperoni too, then stretch the meat and place 1 strip of carrot and 1 pepperoni and roll it up at the end when reach the end secure with toothpicks.
- In a pan, place the ONION FIRST (ALWAYS), as the onion releases water, when it is golden, add the crushed garlic and sauté without frying
- Then put the meat and a generous drizzle of olive oil, put the whole tomato paste and keep mixing, now place the grated carrot on top, cover the feather and wait for it to cook!!!
