- This pancake has no mistake Place the milk, eggs, oil and wheat in a blender. Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add salt, if you like grated cheese, it's good too, but it's not mandatory.
- In a non-stick frying pan, put a drizzle of oil. With the help of a paper towel, remove the excess and let it warm up.
- After the frying pan is hot with the help of a ladle, pour the dough and spread it out. The thickness is up to you, I prefer thinner. After browning, turn and brown the other side.
- Stuff to taste, it is delicious with braised ground beef, chicken, Vegetarian: ricotta with broccoli and carrots, cheese
- Optional: sauce on top and gratin cheese.
