Sliced duckling with gorgonzola sauce

Modo de preparo:
Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto, refogue na manteiga até grudar no fundo da panela.
Adicione a cebola, alho e pimenta de cheiro e continue a refogar, acrescente o conhaque e pipoca fogo 🔥 para flambar.
Adicione o leite, misture, adicione meio copo de água, após começar a fervura adicione os 🧀 queijos ralados e mexa até chegar na consistência desejada. 
Apague o fogo adicione o creme de leite e está no ponto.

Preparation mode:
