- 1 piece pork tenderloin cut into medallions1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Common Mustard1 teaspoon
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- One strip of bacon for each locket to taste
- Season the pork fillet with all the ingredients on the list (except the bacon) and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Wrap each medallion with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Preheat the airfryer or oven at 180° for 5 minutes
- Take it to the Airfryer for 20 minutes. Check the point and if necessary add another 10 minutes.
- Accompanying tip: vinaigrette and curd cheese.
