  • oxtail800 g
  • large tomato, peeled and chopped1 unit(s)
  • chopped green smell (tea)1 cup
  • olive oil (tea)1/2 cup
  • large chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • lemon juice4 tablespoon
  • sachet of ready-made meat flavor seasoning to taste
  • crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • bay leaves2 unit(s)
  • vinegar3 tablespoon
  • 1 liter and 600 ml of water to taste
  • Salt, oregano and black pepper to taste
  1. Place the ox tail in a pan, cover it completely with water, approximately 600 ml and add the vinegar. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 15 minutes. Remove and reserve.
  2. In a pressure cooker, over high heat, add the oil and garlic. Let it brown and add the oxtail. Add the onion, salt, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, tomato, bay leaves and seasoning. Shake well.
  3. Add 1 L of water and let it cook for approximately 55 minutes. Put the green smell and it's ready to serve.
  4. TIP! If the oxtail is not tender within the stipulated cooking time, add more water and let it cook for a few more minutes.
