- Wheat for kibbeh500 g

- Chopped Mint to taste

- Cream cheese400 g
- Pour the kibbeh wheat into a bowl, cover with hot water and set aside for 30 minutes and let it cool. Remove excess water with a dish towel. Season the ground beef with the garlic, onion, mint and salt to taste. Add the hydrated wheat, mixing well, you can use your hands to mix. Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the mixture all over the refractory. If you want, you can fill it with cheese and curd. Finish with olive oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes. The meat can dry out, so don't go beyond that time.
