Ground beef

Comece temperando a carne moida . Coloquei alho picado , sal ,pimenta do reino e o orégano. 

Start by seasoning the ground beef. I put minced garlic, salt, black pepper and oregano.

Misturei bem e depois forme os hambúrginho e reserve .

Mix well and then form the hamburgers and set aside.

Agora em uma frigideira coloquei um fio de óleo. 

E levei ao fogo . Coloquei os hambúrginho e deixei fritar de um lado e do outro .

And I took it to the fire. I put the hamburgers and let them fry on one side and the other.
