  • Black beans1 kg
  • Sliced pepperoni2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Bacon250 g
  • Pork ribs (desalted)750 g
  • Dried Meat (desalted)750 g
  • Bay leaves6 unit(s)
  • Squeezed Squeezed Garlic Cloves6 unit(s)
  • Lard1 tablespoon
  • Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
  1. Put the beans in a bowl, cover with water and let it soak overnight.
  2. Separate all the ingredients
  3. In a large, deep pan, place the drained beans, the pepperoni, the bacon, the ribs, the dried meat, the bay leaf and cover with boiling water
  4. Cook for about 3 hours or until everything is cooked through. If necessary, add more water
  5. In a frying pan, heat the lard and sauté the garlic until golden
  6. When the beans and meat are cooked, add the garlic, season with Bahian seasoning and let it boil until the broth thickens.
  7. Serve with white rice, kale, farofa and orange
  8. Enjoy!
