- The rice and beans were already ready, so I decided to prepare a mixture to accompany this dish. I started by boiling the already cut sausages. Then I fried it with a medium onion and 2 cloves of garlic. I put a piece of bell pepper in cubes, the tomato sauce and let it be well. Lastly, I added the corn.
- For the pod, I used a tray that comes with about 10 units. After cleaning them, I cut them and sauté them with 2 cloves of garlic and 1 medium onion. I let it cook well over low heat and add a little water if needed. Finally, finish with salt.
- Finally, the couscous farofa. For this, we will use 200g of cooked couscous. Start by frying the eggs, add a teaspoon of butter if you want and add the cooked couscous. Hit the salt and it's ready.
