- Chicken breast cut into cubes.500 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Ketchup1/2 cup
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Straw Potato to taste
- Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper (to taste) and mayonnaise.
- In a large skillet, beat the butter. Fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the seasoned chicken and let it brown. Add mustard and ketchup (optional)
- Add the cream and mix well. Make salt corrections if necessary.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
