Acrescente o alho triturado e a carne. Adicione o sal a gosto.

Add the minced garlic and the meat. Add salt to taste.

Refogue a carne até que a água da carne quase seque.

Sauté the meat until the water in the meat almost dries up.

Acrescente o creme de leite, o champignon, o ketchup e a mostarda. Mexa e deixei ferver por alguns minutos para apurar o gosto. Experimente o sabor e rebalanceie os temperos de ketchup e mostarda conforme seu paladar.

Add the cream, mushrooms, ketchup and mustard. Stir and let it boil for a few minutes to refine the taste. Taste the flavor and rebalance the ketchup and mustard seasonings to suit your taste buds.
