Milk4 tablespoon
Butter3 tablespoon
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Mozzarella150 g
Filet mignon (in steak)3 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Bahia seasoning to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut in half
Take the potatoes to the pressure cooker with water and salt, when you get pressure, count 15 to 20 minutes.
While the potato is cooking, in a frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add the sliced onion and the chopped garlic to sauté.
After sautéing the garlic and onion, add the Bahian seasoning, mix and then place the filet mignon cut into strips of approximately 1 finger wide, the salt and let it sauté over medium heat.
After the potato has been under pressure for 15 minutes, remove the pressure, drain the water and mash the potatoes.
Add the butter and milk to the mashed potato and stir over medium heat until smooth, then add the cream and mozzarella, stir well.
Assemble your plate with aligot on the bottom and the filet mignon on top
Serve!
