Shredded ham with sauce

Put the garlic and onion in the pan, add the oil and let it fry for about 3 minutes.
And I let it fry for a few minutes then I put the chopped ham. And I left it to cool.
Then I added the seasonings. Black pepper, oregano and salt.
Then I added the sauce and water.
And I took it under pressure for 30 minutes.
Then I took it off the pressure and shredded it with a fork.
I mixed everything and finally added the chopped parsley.
