  • Pork loin (thin steaks)4 unit(s)
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Panko flour200 g
  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Beer of your choice200 ml
  • Oil200 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  1. Season the pork loin steaks with salt, pepper, paprika, lemon and beer. Leave to marinate for 30 min.
  2. Beat the eggs and set aside. Dip the steaks in the following order: flour, eggs, then panko flour. Reserve.
  3. Heat the oil together with the spoon of butter and place the steaks to fry, one by one. Serve with a potato and mustard salad.
