- Crushed garlic with a pinch of salt2 unit(s)
- Oregano and Black Pepper and Green Smell1 coffee spoon
- Cut the tuscany in half and season with the crushed garlic and salt and pepper, after that cut the potatoes into cubes and set aside.
- Grease the pan with oil and place the spicy sausage and the Tuscan sausage and sometimes the chopped potatoes, finally sprinkle the oregano on top and a little green smell also on top of them already in the pan.
- Take it to the oven to bake already heated at 250'g for at least 45/60m. When it starts to turn golden, it is already good, it will be ready to take it out of the oven.
- Serve with a little rice and a salad of your choice and accompany a natural juice or soda perfect combinations, too good!
