- Oil to taste
- Put the potatoes to cook, then cut the sausages into slices, do the same with the onion after the potatoes are cooked, also cut them into slices.
- In a frying pan, add the sausages and a drizzle of oil, fry the sausages and throw the onion and then the potatoes, mix well and let the onion soften and it's ready. It's delicious, both the potato and the sausage and the onion!
