Sausage stuffed with egg farofa in the Airfryer

  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Tuscan pork sausage3 unit(s)
  • Flaked Corn Flour1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Chopped Green Olives3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion.
  2. Add the olives and parsley and sauté.
  3. Add the flour, season with salt and stir over low heat until the flour is toasted.
  4. Add the egg, mix for 1 minute and turn off the heat.
  5. Make an incision in each sausage opening carefully so as not to undo.
  6. Stuff each one of them with the farofa.
  7. Place the stuffed sausages in the Airfryer and bake at 160ÂșC for 25 minutes.
