Ingredients

  • Good quality sausage | 1 kg
  • Dry red wine | 100 ml
  • Tomato sauce | 200 g
  • Skinless Tomatoes | 2 unit(s)
  • Water | 100 ml
  • Mirepoix: Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Salmon | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Start by peeling the "skin" off the sausage.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the sausage.
  3. Add Mirepoix ingredients
  4. Then add the sausage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and wine.
  5. Let it cook on medium heat with the lid closed for approximately 45 minutes. And it's done!
  6. Consumption suggestion: Serve with purees, creamy polenta, or bruschetta.
