- Good quality sausage | 1 kg
- Dry red wine | 100 ml
- Tomato sauce | 200 g
- Skinless Tomatoes | 2 unit(s)
- Water | 100 ml
- Mirepoix: Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Carrot | 1 unit(s)
- Salmon | 1 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
- Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
Recipe
- Start by peeling the "skin" off the sausage.
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the sausage.
- Add Mirepoix ingredients
- Then add the sausage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and wine.
- Let it cook on medium heat with the lid closed for approximately 45 minutes. And it's done!
- Consumption suggestion: Serve with purees, creamy polenta, or bruschetta.
