- Loin Cup Pieces400 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Green Smell30 g
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Barbecue sauce2 tablespoon
- Rice Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Kitchen Mirian Sack2 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
- In a bowl, place the pieces of sirloin Cup to season with the vinegar, mirin sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Put this mixture in the pan, in medium fire, to gold. Add the diced onion and sliced garlic to brown too. Check if it needs more seasoning and add.
- Add the tomato cut into cubes to sauté. And finally add the barbecue sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and let it boil for a few minutes and turn off the heat and add the green smell.
