  • Loin Cup Pieces400 g
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Green Smell30 g
  • Shoyu3 tablespoon
  • Barbecue sauce2 tablespoon
  • Rice Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Kitchen Mirian Sack2 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the pieces of sirloin Cup to season with the vinegar, mirin sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Put this mixture in the pan, in medium fire, to gold. Add the diced onion and sliced garlic to brown too. Check if it needs more seasoning and add.
  3. Add the tomato cut into cubes to sauté. And finally add the barbecue sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and let it boil for a few minutes and turn off the heat and add the green smell.
