  • 800 grams of rump cubed - 1 beef stock cube - 1 medium onion - 1 garlic clove - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon of tomato paste - 3 tablespoon of mustard - 5 tbsp ketchup- 1 can of whey-free cream1 tablespoon
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil or margarine, add the meat, add the beef broth, the Worcestershire sauce and let it cook, then add the tomato paste and let it cook a little longer. Add mustard and ketchup.
  2. . Finally, add the cream and mix well. Turn off the heat without letting it boil.
  3. Serve immediately with white rice and potato sticks.
