  • Pork belly02 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil1 l
  • String to taste
  1. With the belly open, pass the salt all over it (on both sides)
  2. Roll the piece into the shape of a swiss roll and tie respecting two fingers apart
  3. Place on a baking sheet with the belly seam side down, leaving the skin side up.
  4. Cook at 180° until the skin is hard and red.
  5. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool
  6. Remove the strings, cut over the marks left
  7. Heat the oil well on the fire, and fry one piece at a time, (to pururucar the oil must be very hot)
  8. Then cut into pieces and serve in portions.Enjoy your meal.
