Picanha or other good meat to barbecue2 unit(s)
Medium Potato3 unit(s)
Coarse salt1 to taste
Salt, green smell and chimichurri1 to taste
Olive oil for potatoes1 to taste

Season the meat with coarse salt and bake in the Airfryer for 15 minutes or until golden on one side, turn and set aside.
Wash the potatoes well and cut them into 6 chunkier pieces, season with salt, chimichurri and green smell and a little olive oil to water the potatoes so they don't get super dry,
Then add the potatoes with the picanha in the Airfryer and bake for another 10/15 minutes, always stirring the potatoes every 5 minutes, and it's ready **Serve with rice and vinaigrette for a delicious dish**
