  • Kibbeh Dough200 g
  • Ground beef (duckling)500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Syrian Pepper1 to taste
  • Mint1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Blend the onion, garlic, mint, half a lemon, salt, Syrian pepper and black pepper in a food processor.
  2. Place the kibbeh dough on a platter and cover with boiling water and cover for approximately 20 min.
  3. Mix the ground beef, with the already cooked kibbeh dough, and the beaten seasonings and knead well until everything is very homogeneous, arrange the seasonings and put it on a platter not leaving it too high.
  4. Before going to the oven, put a layer of oil on top and a teaspoon of butter and place in the oven at 200° for 30 min.
  5. Serve with some spreads and a lemon!
