- Mint1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

- Salt1 to taste
- Blend the onion, garlic, mint, half a lemon, salt, Syrian pepper and black pepper in a food processor.
- Place the kibbeh dough on a platter and cover with boiling water and cover for approximately 20 min.
- Mix the ground beef, with the already cooked kibbeh dough, and the beaten seasonings and knead well until everything is very homogeneous, arrange the seasonings and put it on a platter not leaving it too high.
- Before going to the oven, put a layer of oil on top and a teaspoon of butter and place in the oven at 200° for 30 min.
- Serve with some spreads and a lemon!
