- Chimichurri Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Potatoes10 unit(s)
- In a basin place the Pernil and go drilling all over it. Add the lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, Chimichurri and olive oil. Season the Pernil by rubbing all this seasoning well.
- Let it rest for 1 h. Put to bake in a shape covered with aluminum foil in a preheated oven at high temperature.
- Then remove from the oven, place the pre-cooked potatoes in the pan and bake for another hour until golden and roasted inside.
