Roasted Breast with Potatoes

  • Beef Breast2 kg
  • Potatoes800 g
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Oregano (For the potatoes) to taste
  • Paprika, garlic and bay leaf to taste
  • Green smell (finish) to taste
  1. Take the piece of beef breast, and after cleaning add the seasonings and spreading well throughout the piece and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 parts and reserve in water.
  3. With the pressure cooker, seal the breast over medium heat and then add water to almost cover and when you get pressure set 50 minutes.
  4. Remove the breast from the pressure and cook the potatoes in the meat broth for 8 minutes on medium heat, they will be just right.
  5. After the potatoes are cooked, put everything in the refractory and take it to the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees and it will be finished! Enjoy your food!
