On a platter, make a bed of coarse salt, place the rib and cover, leave it in the fridge overnight, it's even better, if not for about 5 hours it's fine.
Take the bag of French bread the size that fits the rib, grease it with oil, pass it all over the bag inside well smeared
Remove the salt from the rib just by beating and put it inside the greased bread bag
Close and place the other bag upside down, closing the bag with oil. This second one doesn't need to be oiled
Bake in the oven for 2 hours
When you see that the meat is soft, open the bag to brown it and that's it.
The rib is delicious, tasty, moist and super loose
