  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Dark Beer200 ml
  • Knor beef flavor broth1/2 unit(s)
  • Barbecue Heinz1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 dessert spoon
  • Margarine1 coffee spoon
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley1 dessert spoon
  1. With the meat clean and with little fat, cut into large strips and set aside. Cut the peppers and carrots into strips and set aside.
  2. In a pressure cooker, over low heat, add the chopped onion and garlic crushed with the margarine until golden. With medium fire, add the meat and wait to seal. Then add the salt, pepper, parsley, tomato paste, barbecue, sugar and meat flavored broth and mix and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. After the 5 minutes boiling, add water until almost all the meat is covered and wait for it to boil again. When it starts to boil, close the pot until there is pressure. Let it cook in pressure, in medium fire, for 30 minutes.
  4. After the time, open the pan and add the carrots and let it cook for another 3 to 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Open the pan and add the peppers, mix and serve.
  6. Note: For accompaniment I used potato gratin and rice with carrots.
