  • Butter100 g
  • Sliced ​​onion3 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Coarse salt to taste
  1. Take the rib and coat it all over with olive oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, chimichurri, thyme and rosemary.
  3. Leave it resting for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the rib in a roasting pan and pour the beer over it. Replace the seasoning that was diluted. Also add the sliced ​​onions.
  5. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 hours.
  6. Remove the aluminum foil. If necessary, add more beer.
  7. Place the ribs back in the oven, now without the aluminum foil. Let it bake for another 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and bathe the ribs with the beer broth in the pan.
  9. It should now be very juicy and falling off the bone.
  10. Take advantage and see if those 6 hours of waiting were worth it.
