  1. Place all seasonings in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Then pierce the ham and put this mixture all over.
  3. Leave for 12 hours on a plate covered with cling film.
  4. Then remove the cling film, place it on the platter that will bake with aluminum foil for two hours in the oven at 180°, then carefully remove the aluminum foil and leave it in the oven until golden. And serve with hot rice.
