Lemon1 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Small onion1 unit(s)
BBQ Sauce1 cup
Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
Beef Sazonn1 unit(s)

Poke some holes in the rib with a knife, season it with salt, pepper, lemon garlic, paprika, sazon seasoning and onion. And let it rest overnight in the fridge.
Wrap the rib in aluminum foil and bake for 1h00 in an oven at 200°
Remove the aluminum from the rib and leave for another 30 minutes in the oven.
Remove the rib, brush the barbecue and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with rustic potatoes.
