  • Beef shovel or chuck | 2 kg
  • Garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Worcestershire sauce | 3 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Oil | 4 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed seasoning | 1 dessert spoon
  • Oregano | 2 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell | 2 unit(s)
  • Water | 300 ml
  • Beef broth | 2 unit(s)
  • tomato paste | 3 tablespoon


  1. Season the meat with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and oregano and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pan heat the oil with the sugar, when the sugar melts throw the meat.
  3. Turn the meat as soon as it browns. Add water whenever the sauce is drying.
  4. When it is well golden, put 300 ml of water to cook. Let it cook for 30 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and slice the meat.
  6. In a pan, add the onion, pepper, tomato and tomato paste and make a sauce with beef broth.
  7. Add the sliced meat and let the sauce thicken for 20 minutes. Serve immediately!
