- Pork loin1 kg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Pineapple in syrup (from a can)200 g
- Line the bottom of the baking dish with the pineapple in syrup
- Season the loin with salt, black pepper, lemon & finely chopped rosemary
- Slice the loin still raw and place the slices on the pineapple bed and bake in the oven until the meat is completely roasted and serve
- Baking time on average 40 minutes preheated oven to 180 degrees with the mold covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes
