Ingredients

  • Pork loin | 1 kg
  • Salt and black pepper |  to taste
  • Rosemary |  to taste
  • Lemon | 2 unit(s)
  • Pineapple in syrup (from a can) | 200 g

Recipe

  1. Line the bottom of the baking dish with the pineapple in syrup
  2. Season the loin with salt, black pepper, lemon & finely chopped rosemary
  3. Slice the loin still raw and place the slices on the pineapple bed and bake in the oven until the meat is completely roasted and serve
  4. Baking time on average 40 minutes preheated oven to 180 degrees with the mold covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes
