- Pork loin500 g
- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- Parrilla salt1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the sirloin into slices 1 cm thick and season with lemon parrilla salt & paprika
- Cut the pineapple in half vertically and remove the core and cut the core into slices
- Intercale inside the pineapple that will form a canoe with slices of loin and pineapple slices finish with olive oil cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes in the oven or barbecue
