  • Pork loin500 g
  • Pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Parrilla salt1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the sirloin into slices 1 cm thick and season with lemon parrilla salt & paprika
  2. Cut the pineapple in half vertically and remove the core and cut the core into slices
  3. Intercale inside the pineapple that will form a canoe with slices of loin and pineapple slices finish with olive oil cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes in the oven or barbecue
  4. Remove the foil, wait a bit and serve
