  • Dry white wine750 ml
  • Fresh Blonde to taste
  • fresh thyme to taste
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • Salt250 g
  • Sugar150 g
  • Water2.250 l
  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing the wine, water, salt and sugar and heating it in a pan with all the herbs.
  2. After dissolving the salt and sugar, cool the marinade and transfer it to a container where the ham fits.
  3. Leave the piece to marinate for at least 12 hours.
  4. After that time, place the ham in a roasting pan with a little of the marinade liquid, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2:30 hours. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve shredded or sliced. Enjoy your food!
