Tempere o frango com tempero de saquinho e depois adicione dentro do plástico próprio para levar ao forno

Season the chicken with sachet seasoning and then add it inside the plastic to take it to the oven

Leva ao forno por exatamente 30 minutos a 180 graus

Bake in the oven for exactly 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Depois retira o plástico e leva ao fogo de novo por 15 minutos a 150 graus

Then remove the plastic and heat it again for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.
