Steak cut into cubes1 kg
Onion1 unit(s)
Pepper1/2 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Parsley (or cilantro) to taste
Salt to taste
Colorau to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Water600 ml
Carrot1 unit(s)
Large Potatoes2 unit(s)
Whole seasoning or beef broth1 coffee spoon
Crushed garlic cloves1 tablespoon

Season the meat with garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika and saffron. Mix well.
In a pressure cooker, add the oil, let it heat up and place the meat to sear.
Add the onion and pepper, let it cook together and then add the tomato.
Add the water and let it cook for 25 minutes after getting pressure.
Remove from the heat, remove from the pressure and add the potatoes and carrots.
Put on pressure again and count 10 minutes after getting pressure.
