- Season the meat with garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika;
- In the pressure cooker, put the oil and a layer of onion, one of meat and go alternating.
- Add water and pressurize for 30 to 40 minutes;
- Remove from pressure and add the potatoes and leave for another 5 minutes.
