Tempere a carne com alho, sal, pimenta do reino e colorau ;

Season the meat with garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika;

Na panela de pressão coloque o azeite e uma camada de cebola, uma de carne e vai intercalando. 

In the pressure cooker, put the oil and a layer of onion, one of meat and go alternating.

Acrescente a água e coloque na pressão por 30 a 40min; 

Add water and pressurize for 30 to 40 minutes;

Retire da pressão e acrescente as batatas e deixe por mais 5min. 

Remove from pressure and add the potatoes and leave for another 5 minutes.

Finish with green smell. Enjoy your food!
