  1. Take a 1-1.5 kg piece of lizard and coat it with all the seasonings on all sides.
  2. Place on a baking tray and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  3. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Turn the piece over and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for at least half an hour.
  5. Make very thin slices with a very sharp knife or use a slicer.
  6. Serve as you prefer or make a sandwich.
  7. The time in the refrigerator helps the meat absorb the seasoning, meaning there is no need to salt it when slicing.
